Yeah APS is clearing the non-Rolex, non-Omega backlog of mainline watchbrandsHoly crap.... 41mm IWC here we come!!!
And maybe we can use these in new Offshore 42mm watches as well???
APSF is knocking out of the park right now with the rep game
The gen IWC movement doesn't even have a skeleton escape wheel. What made DD use it ?The only other time I've seen a skeleton escape wheel is on the DD4131... this most certainly has Dandong fingerprints all over it. I'm intrigued.
First things first ;-)All these chronographs and we still don't have a good perpetual calendar!
This is definitely not an April Fool’s joke. It’s already April 2nd, and the movement sample is ready.Wow, that's a major breakthrough. I hope it's not a late april's fool hoax
Seems like they used a 7750 Keyless and a 4131 escapewheel. Has all the fingerprints of a Dandong Design tbh.

Start saving up—lots of IWC watches are coming!I will spent a lot of money to APSF if they release this movement…
We both are gonna say this on every forum. We need the 5740 Perpetual Calendar !!!! A cheap one instead of the $6k ACE one.All these chronographs and we still don't have a good perpetual calendar!

Maybe it's the same escape wheel (perhaps different arbor) that's used on the DD4131.The gen IWC movement doesn't even have a skeleton escape wheel. What made DD use it ?
Maybe some day they finally have a heart for all of us Omega Speedmaster Professional Fans and make a clone Movement and finally a perfekt Speedmaster with gen - like subdialsMaybe APSF is developing something too? You never know!![]()
yeah i think it's a DD4131 escape wheel they used for a reason. Maybe it was just arroud when mixing parts together during design. The escapewheel arbour is friction fitted as far as i can see itMaybe it's the same escape wheel (perhaps different arbor) that's used on the DD4131.
