Hello. In the exile board i got some help with my first gen purchase. Just wondering if anyone can confirm with the following pics if i got the same as what the seller sent.

I'm quite excited as this is one of my favs. I'm an old timer and finally got to do something extravagant for myself! You can never be too old.

I don't know what the seller said he would send you, but the link to the picks are of a Genuine Panerai 111R. The watch looks good...

Ok good. So the pictures are what you are in possession of now? Those aren't just the sellers pictures...

Did you get the Box and Papers ?
Yes, I had received the box, outer cardboard, panerai booklet, a second (warranty?) booklet, warranty card, some stickers things with the model number on, cosc certificate, screwdriver, unworn original leather strap, and the regular rubber which was worn.

All you have to do is match the movement stickers serial numbers to the numbers on your caseback.

Spent a lot of time on chrono24 over a short period looking at what i wanted to get an idea of general prices. Then started reaching out to see completeness of the package along with high res pics of watches and took it from there.

Yeah the movement is very nice, though i wouldnt take off the gen in public LOL way too nervous to drop it.

Beautiful watch. You will enjoy it, of this I am sure. May I offer a suggestion, for my real leather straps I oil them like you do your shoes or boots to protect it from all of the elements, sweat, body oil, cologne etc...As far as insurance, if applicable, my policy had a $5,00 limit so when I bought my wife a ring for our 25th anniversary, we had to get a rider for the ring alone. Congratulations.
