I understand time to QC can take a few days especially for watches that aren't as high volume.

Haven't received a notification yet so I sent a follow-up email to QC on 7/17. Received an email back within 24 hours.

Seems that my requested watch has been out of stock from the maker.

I followed up by asking if the following watches are in stock:

Some more updates:

8/21: QC from one of the watches I ordered came back, everything looks great.

8/29: I emailed to follow up on the order. My requested watch was again out of stock from the maker. I would have appreciated a more proactive response.

8/31: I emailed again to select a new watch to order from the factory.

9/12: I emailed to follow up on the order, they said they will receive the watch and send QC within the week.

9/20: I emailed again to follow up on the order.

It's been quite a hassle to get any response back, and by now it's been over 2 months of emailing back and forth to get a watch order in. During this time, I have worked with other dealers and have received multiple orders, all of which are great quality. Wondering when this order will be wrapped up and shipped out.
