What a great experience! Always a quick response and great service. I ordered a kw 386 v5.1 Seagull.
then added a KW 111. I am truly impressed with Lucy's QC and am now the proud owner of two really incredible watches. The 386 is so fine, I guess I will have to save it for special occaisions.
I went with Lucy after reading the very positive reviews, and "Right you are!"

Congrats on the new watches! And honestly, IMO, you cannot do better than choosing Lucy to work with. She takes the time to search out the absolute best example of whatever watch you're looking for, regardless of the price range. And then she keeps them for a few days to ensure they function properly. That's world class service and it's not very common in this game.
