Strange, I also used Revolut but the confirmation came just a few minutes later, while I was talking to him on Telegram. Have you checked on the website?When asking Elliot if payment have been received (Revolut), I have a response saying "we will check". I asked 3 times already (last time 3 days ago), always with answer "we will check", not yes or no (I paid in HKD as per request). The payment was done more than a week ago.
I noticed some people on here having QC a few days only after payment, which I guess takes more time than confirmation of payment received.

My concern is not really with Revolut but with Andiot who doesn't tell me if he received the money or not, just that they will check (without saying "no" we haven't received it). As well I had checks/delays with Revolut in the past, but it usually takes a day or two, not more than a week like here.![]()
On Revolut, they have an automated system that flags certain transactions based on the accounts and behaviour. These transactions get put on hold and are either routed through an additional verification process or reviewed manually. It takes time — in my case, it was around two days when I transferred to someone I had no previous interaction with (a TD, in this case).
This is part of their standard anti-money laundering and fraud prevention procedure. Your money’s safe. So chill and wait it out.
He’s a trusted dealer here. Many of us have been doing business with him for a long time, and no one’s ever lost money this way. While I have every confidence he’s not a scammer, are you absolutely sure you used the contact info listed here on RWI to reach him? If yes, then you really have nothing to worry about.

No free lunch. TDs are not NGOs. They need to make money to feed themselves and their staff. If they give you a cheaper price, they’ll find other ways to make it up.The shipping cost and transfer fees more than make up for the price differential with other TD's.
