I have been meaning to write this review for a while. Overall, I have been disappointed by the experience and end results. After I ordered the watch it took a long time to receive payment confirmation. Intime couldn’t find the transaction because I had waited so long for a confirmation email. They finally got back to me after I sent a few messages. From there things seemed to go well. I received an update and photos during the QC process. When I received the watch, it looked amazing and felt fantastic. The initial quality looked stunning. However, almost a week after wearing the watch, the bezel popped off. I contacted intime about getting it repaired and was told that it was going to cost $100 even though the bezel wasn’t broken. On top of that, the shipping was going to cost more. Intime recommended that I just glue it back on, which I ultimately did (but it took 6 months for me to get the right equipment to feel confident in getting everything to line up properly). The watch worked great for a few weeks but has stopped running. I contacted Intime about repairs and they said it was outside the 1 year warranty period. I guess this what you get for buying a Chinese watch for the fraction of the price. I will probably try a different vendor in the future. But I feel burned by Intime and would suggest you consider your options when buying. With that said it seems like many people have had great experiences with Intime, so maybe I just got a lemon.

Hi and welcome to RWI! Glad you found your way here.

I must tell you it's always an unfortunate line of action to subscribe on this forum just to bash a trusted dealer. It usually means your expectations may have been unrealistic.

I guess this what you get for buying a Chinese watch for the fraction of the price
This is about the only correct statement in your post. If you had found or used this forum before placing an order you would have known what to expect.
. I will probably try a different vendor in the future.

What happened to you has nothing to do with the specific TD, using another one wouldn't have changed anything. It actually looks like InTime did anything he could to offer assistance within its own T&C's.
The bezel popping off is unfortunate but it can happen, no big deal. You then first talk about "a few weeks" here and there but then it turns out you had the watch for more than a year. Would be interesting to know what watch we're talking about and what movement it's equipped with. In this forum you can find a lot of information to make the best available choice of model and what to expect from a particular model.

Please take some time to read the sticky threads in the new members area (all subsections), learn the basic forum rules and get some very good advice in the process. A number of questions has already been answered there, this is just an example:

As a new subscriber, you've already been directed to this thread, please read carefully and look through the linked additional threads:

Another good thread to read to understand where RWI comes from and some fundamentals is this:

Most of the information you need to know to start is there. If you're preparing to buy, read the stickies before ordering. When you're finished, you can continue learning by reading the stickies in all remaining sections. If it's stickied, it's important information.

If you intend to sell, read the sales rules and all stickies in the sales section with particular care and make sure you understand each single rule. Sales rules infraction is taken very seriously here. As a new member you are not eligible to sell. Using the sales section is a privilege, eligibility must be earned, make sure you know and understand how.

For anything else, feel free to reach out to @eBoy or me, we're happy to assist, advise, direct, explain. Don't hesitate.

Don't be afraid to post noob questions in the new members area. In doubt, use the flame free zone. If you feel uncomfortable anywhere in the new members area, please reach out to @eBoy or me. Mutual respect is of utmost importance to us. On the other hand, we're grown-ups and are supposed to be able to deal with a bit of irony, don't take it personally, ever, a bit of irony never harmed anyone. If you laugh at jokes, you'll make friends faster.

This forum is a treasure trove of information and benefits from the engagement of all members who take their time to share their knowledge, help each other out and have some fun. We hope that you'll benefit and enjoy this platform as well as contribute positively to it.

If at any point you feel to contribute also on another level, feel free to pm the boss (trailboss99) to become a supporter and get some little perks with the status (editing rights, for example).

Enjoy the forum.

So you think that a different TD would have a magical source in the sky that provides different watches from Intime ? Your bezel popping off is something that has happened to many of us. You're buying a fake chinese counterfeit watch.

yes

so maybe I just got a lemon.
probably

at least you did not defame and throw accusations like some other people do. Putting a bad review, while staying objective, is good too.

The choice of a TD is personal and it's only through self experience that you find the one that fits you.
