Finally! My pam213 rattrapante is here!

I ordered and got a standard 24mm PAM rubber with clasp for it (really soft). I don't know, somehow leather doesn't come to my mind if
I look at this watch.

these reps were only available at Trustytime 688US$ they are sold out.

Nobody knows if there will be a second or further batch of watches, it looks like as if the rattrapante module is the limiting part here...

It was only available from Andrew/Josh, around 600$ and change and it is no longer available (they said).

just a risk I took in ordering it as soon as I heard about the complication while everyone was still digesting the price , maybe it is lucky , but hey the jury is still out , lets see if it's working 12mnths haha

The only other rep I own is the TC Lv extreme , which you can also no longer get

Oh and the pam212 is walkerDH's , I'm sending it back to him on Monday

owning this rep is a kind of paradox - replication is rarer than genuine I am only wondering WHY VSF decided to go with this 213 instead of many other models with closed caseback?

Well since you're probably not familiar, the PAM Ferrari models had 3 rattrapante variants and all closed caseback, the FER00005, FER0010 and the FER0026.

Gen I wouldn't even bat an eye. But reps? I would definitely keep that same eye out.

It is possible to use in other Rattrapante/Doppelchrono models using the A7750 I guess. Angus mentioned there is a possibility the movement maker might improve the movement further in terms of reliability (repair rate was very high) but no timeline nor confirmation.

In all fairness I went from the rep to the gen then quickly took a pic , so the gen dial was charged last , yes the gen has better lume but it's not as dramatic my previous pic suggested.

Nice lume pic. I don't expect any current PAMs released to drop the ball in terms of lume. Of course, they can't be compared to the gen lume, but still for the 5% of the gen that we are paying, we aren't getting 5% of the brightness or longevity either.

Yes I can read it fine in the dark, but it's no skx

One thing i didn't mention in the comparison , was that signature 'S' shape reflections on the bezel are correct with the vsf , on the HF it tends to make straight lines
