I wish one of the factories would just revive the 3513.50. It's 39mm and uses a 7750 so it shouldn't be hard at all.

Exsqueeze meYou cannot find any speed master for under $5k used with papers .. new ones are around $7-8k.

I’m not sure in what world this person lives that finds a used $5k watch cheap. Most people cannot afford to dish out $5k on a watch. Furthermore, buying a new speedy now is expensive. The basic Speedmaster movement is nearly 80 years old. It's not a challenging movement to rep (they repped a flyback chrono!), there is certainly a big enough market for it, and new ones are expensive.
It's confounding it hasn't been prepped and it's not surprising if it is repped. There are photos of rep bridges. It's being worked on. It may or may not happen.
But arguing over the price of speedmasters makes no sense? They are significantly more expensive than a rep would cost and also, and more expensive than many other watches that have been prepped - including watches with clone movements.
You could find submariners that price 6 years ago and they still repped those. Sheesh.
I was looking at the gens of these, such a nice pieceI wish one of the factories would just revive the 3513.50. It's 39mm and uses a 7750 so it shouldn't be hard at all.

Yeah no kidding, new speedy has a price tag that makes me take a second look every time I see it. Big boy tag now, from what seemed to be more "affordable" not that long ago.I’m not sure in what world this person lives that finds a used $5k watch cheap.
