It isn't historically accurate, but am thoroughly ecstatic with the results. Thanks to all those who in some way inspired and contributed to its construction - Bob, Clint Eastwood, Gordon, Joel, Pablo, and Steffan. Here are the specs:

-Reworked/reshaped DSN 6152 case set
-Genuine Tropic 24 Plexi
-Overhauled and Regulated Cortebert 616
-Custom Tall Canon Pinion
-Okabum Hands with WatchLume Vintage Lume
-Okabum Brass Crown Tube and Crown
-Okabum Crown Guard, modified and refinished
-NW MM 8GB Vintage Brown Dial with WatchLume Vintage Lume
-NW Movement Ring
-NW Thick Exhibition Caseback with Curved Plexi
-Donerix Maggiore Vintage Strap

All you need is a flat mainspring wheel and a rolex engraving and she'll be a diamond. Very nice work.

I know this is an older thread but I’m so stumped. I need to mod my 616 to have a tall canon pinion and am trying to learn how I can make or buy one?
if you know what I might do to fabricate one I’d be so grateful and might give you some great pam parts I’ve collected a very long time ago but are the best.
