The help desk ticket is a mod or the Boss....What did they say? Did you ask how to proceed? Why are those red marks under your name ? I can't believe this is all there is to this story.... who is the guy? I get where your coming from Sub in your Sub way, but if the OP had all good intentions and sold someone a watch then refunded the transaction in good faith when the guy bitched about the watch not meeting his expectations, however stupid that may be is irrelevant..... he should get his watch back, and we should know who this member is that bitches about a watch that he bought and then keeps it after he's been refunded! Can you post the sales thread OP?
The red marks come from a totally different incident and is not related to this sale. Two completely different incidents.
The user who I sold the watch to is stegmundo. I believe him to be a crook, I have tried to contact the user many times with no response.
I know this story! And I remember the other cases which brought on the red marks. You haven't had to much luck have you?:facepalm:
I don't know it.... but I do believe what I said that you should get your watch back and this member should get on this thread and say what's going on from his stand point and why he's keeping this man's watch after he's been refunded..... op can you post the link to the sales thread.

I don't know what happened with the op and the buyer. But the buyer stegmundo has bought from me and dave without any problems what so ever. He was a good buyer and didn't have any problems at all with him. So the question is what happened with the deal with the YM did it show up dead on seen? Why would you refund without the watch back?

I don't understand why the op refunded half of the funds back without getting the watch back. Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong. I am not taking sides here at all just stating that I didn't have any problems with him. Like I said we need to hear from both sides of the partys involved. Something happened?

Yes, This is the YM I sold for $80. It's not that much but its still "my 80 bucks". I could re-invest that $80 into another watch or just keep my watch altogether.
The watch ran perfectly no problems. Dude just wanted his money back initially, then he emailed me and said he like the watch and was going to take it to a watch repairman to get the timing fixed, he said this after he received his money back. So I said cool. This was over 3 weeks ago then nothing since. He has been online (RWI) since, since you can see when a person has last logged in.
It's ok! breathe...I'm agreeing with you here.... the guy should be sending your watch back immediately! and regardless of whatever he's doing the number one thing that's unacceptable is avoiding you and this thread....
