It's a Tank Francaise Chronoflex Chronograph XL although it isn't all that big really. Probably the most incredible quartz movement - perpetual annual calendar, hands that spin automatically when setting the time, 8 year battery life....
Anniversary edition Tag Heuer (Gen). A bit larger than the panda but the red gives it some more character.
I really like it, and you're spot on with the red accents!

My favorite white dial that I own is on my gen Seamaster 300 Commander. (unrelated: GMT is also gen)
