Fast, but incompetent replies

I have been buying replicas for five for the past 20 some years. I recognize that there are big differences between the different factories, which models they excel at making, and which models are of lower quality.
I am looking for a high end replica, and sent an email with six models listed, along with questions about having a 22 cm circumference wrist, the possibility of buying extra links, how much this would cost, and what you would charge to alter the bracelet.

The totality of the reply was this:
Please let me know model code from my site to check availability

I got no answer as to the availability of links, which model has the better quality, even though there were 31 worse of one model alone how much the extra cost would be, or delivery time.

You are no doubt of trusted dealer and the sense you supply watches, but when I am willing to spend anything from $500-$1000, I actually expect some customer service. I expect that you are the one who knows the products you’re selling, and that I at that price level do not need to spend hours browsing forums like this one to figure out which model to buy. This is basic customer service.
I tried addressing this by email showing a screenshot of the list of just one of the models, where I explained that I do not have the time, just to get a reply, saying “these watches are in stock”.
Still no addressing which one is the better, how much links would be, delivery time, or fee to alter the bracelet.

We will not be doing business.

Sorry mate, but do you really expect the seller to have control over the quality and availability of all the thousands of replicas out there?

The quality is your responsibility to figure out, using this forum for example. Availability is something the seller helps you with, but they rely on responses from the factory to be able to answer you. If you're asking about 30+ different models, I completely understand why things come to a halt.

Well. your opinion of which maker is better most likely differs from other's opinions. That is a loaded question which I doubt you'll get a solid answer on unless there is a significant difference. Also, you should probably address one model at a time. As far as the spare links, unlikely. You probably need to buy a second bracelet and harvest the needed links from it.

These are little chinese companies, run by only a few people. There is no time to give you advise on certain models. As said, this should be done by you before ordering.

It is up to us to do research and then decide. In fact this is reccomended.... almost all experienced long term members here do reaearch before buying... TD can only give mild suggestions....

So expecting advice on a purchase of up to 1000usd is unreasonable? Drug dealers have better customer service and are held to a higher standard of competence. I work off a result based model myself. If i don’t supply a solution to a conflict or collect on a debt i don’t get paid. I expect nothing less of a vendor of 1000usd items.

Yes I expect a vendor to know their products.
Holding them to the same standard as a drug dealer or any other vendor of products is not unreasonable. I also offered to pay for extra links and the time they would spend.

If you truly work in a results based model then you'd understand (after 20 yrs of buying reps) that TDs work in results based models as well with that result being sales.
So the best rep to them is any one you'll buy.
As for your supposed predicament...buy a weight gain version where that weight is gained in extra links and you should be fine.

Sead is one of the best TDs here (imo), but he’s not the most talkative, at least not if you’re wasting his time.

How difficult is it to use google, punch in the watch model and rwi, follow the link to the review and see what's the best one currently based on other member's experiences? As I said yesterday, you will probably have to buy a spare bracelet and harvest the needed links.

I know how you can mitigate your issue. Buy a gen. A log of people here have these and probably get outstanding service. Pony up, spend the extra cash and viola, there's your service expectation.
