Fake ou Gen U-boat?

i'm a newbie in this world of watches, i´m from Portugal, i saw this and i´m very interested in this watch

can anyone tell me if this u-boat is a fake or a genuine one? They say it's a new watch but it's shipped without box

but it's strange that this watch doesn't exist in the official u-boat collection...i'm very interested in buying this watch..i'm divided in what to do...

As I said in post in another thread, this should be limited edition of the watch and I don't know how old this model is so maybe these are reasons because it's not in collection on their website. I almost bought exactly the same watch some time ago as guy wanted to let it go for great price but never get back to me.
