Tossed it in a bag of pebbles and rubbed it really
Good for 10 mins. Soaked in bleached ( half a cup of water & 2 table spoons of bleach ) for 30 seconds. Running water into the bowl of bleach with the insert inside, to gradually wash out the bleach. *DO NOT EXPOSE TO AIR

Washed the bleach real good and wipe it with kitchen towel to its faded Color.

Looked really good!

Sweet! I recently did mine, just had it in a bowl of bleach for what seemed like 4 or 5 hours and rinsed it off every hour or so to check progress. I went full ghost mode with mine though!

hey! that looks really great! unfortunately my brand of bleach is way too strong to leave it in for that long. but yours really turned out really cool. any other mods you did to the watch? i got my 1680 stock from perfect clones. Im thinking of getting the yuki dial for it..

Be careful with bleach guys - American bleach seems to be a LOT weaker than in Europe. I followed an American tutorial that suggested putting a bezel into bleach that had been warmed in a microwave for 20 seconds. The tutorial suggested leaving it in the bleach for (I think from memory) 30 seconds. However literally the nanosecond the bezel hit the bleach, the paint totally disappeared the way a single drop of black ink would dissipate in large bucket of water leaving me with nothing but a shiny, steel bezel. DOH!!!!

it happened to me once. but thats becuase i soaked it 100% bleach solution. i did this bezel with just two table spoons of bleach and half a cup of water. i really suggest put lesser bleach than intended that way you get more control over how much you want it to fade. and if you happen to find its not doing much to the bezel, add more bleach!!
