I made the mistake of saying that my modded 1675 was a rep and these jerkoffs turned into an outrage mob. I guess putting $600 into a rep is somehow inferior to an Invicta to them.

And now they're adding a higher priced option to get mechanical watches. $99 a month? I'll just buy reps.
We should setup a rep watch group that would be sweet. Maybe an AD could set something up.. Close outs or old models....
I signed up, I wasn't expecting a lot, but hell, it is only $30 bucks. I got this:
What can you really expect for $30? Nothing crazy, but a watch with a warranty. I think it looks nice and don't have any regrets for the price. I am just more interested to see if they end up partnering with newer startup watch companies as they have over 5k members now I hear.

A rep subscription box service would be awesome. Make it like $100/month and I bet we could get some decent stuff.

The guys who win the good watches are probably the vendor's mates photographed with the watches he buys himself from the profits made sending $10 watches to suckers for 30 bucks a month . . .
Starting to think that. He's also spending quite a bit to hire models to help him advertise. Kinda shady.

They're mostly stuff that sells on Amazon for about $50. So better then that, but not much.
I guess it all depends on what you are expecting, a $50 watch for $30 is fine by me. Often not my style, but I can just give them to other people or there are some donation services that you can donate watches to the less fortunate. I just like the surprise of seeing what comes. I don't expect a $200 watch for $30.

I guess this is like Columbia House DVD. This watchgang may go big in the future especially when it is being backed by some watch company like Timex or So&Co or even Movado. We'll see. It's not for me right now.
Here is my watch from the first month of the black tier. This months partner was Air Blue, same maker as Deep Blue. Pretty great watch imo for 100 bucks. All of the models on airblues website were shipped (alpha, bravo and Charlie).
