Fabric Strap Cartier Santos-Dumont 'La Demoiselle' Limited Edition

Would anyone happen to know who makes the panama fabric strap that accompanied the Santos-Dumont 'La Demoiselle' Limited Edition?

Never been into Cartier, but this really caught my eye. Thinking of getting the Le Bresil editions if I can find a similar strap to place it on.
