Now that’s a watch alright …. Magnificent
I'm with you on the eyes front. I just got there. I used to make fun of my friend who whenever I handed anything to her to read she immediately extended it out to arms length. I got new glasses a couple months ago an it's ME now!!! I hate it. And it makes it hard to see my watches. I can now relate to "let me buy a Timex Weekender with giant numbers" people. They do look cool (to me now) and i might get one, lol.Random watch selection of the day, but proved highly useful during meetings with Rio, another with Karachi, and another with London.
My only gripe is that my once 20/7 vision has degraded, perhaps 20/20 or worse now. Starting to struggle shifting screens and the fine print. I knew it was a moment of passage the first time I handed over fine print to my 10 year old.
For the dial, adapting by memorizing the city positioning on the dial is clutch in the moment.
