Funnily enough I was just checking this - having been asked the same question over on RWG. I'm pretty sure it is - the price I paid would support that. It was bought M2M here (from someone who also got it M2M) and there were no details except that it's an ST19 (AKA Venus 75) movement which again would suggest stock JKF.

Yeah, I got one with the same dial and hands.

what do you think about it?
if I had the experience and knowledge of today I would have taken with the black dial, the blue from perhaps a little on the purple in certain conditions do not you think?

Maybe some previous Noob blue DJ41 dials had some purple to them, not this one. That's a pet peeve of mine. I hate it, with the exception of a gen or really good rep 16613 LB dial. That's a nice and well known acceptable color trait.

Completely different from this, which turns to sick lavender in sunlight or incandescent light.

No matter what light I put this Noob DJ41 in there's not a hint of purple.
