Not a standard ARF because the dial is slightly different and the crystal / datewheel seems better than stock ARF.
Not standard Noob because the SELs look pretty good I think.
The insert is pretty damn good as well, not as deep engraved as ARF. Nice pip as well.
I'm not very familiar with VRF, but who knows.
I'd say it's a Noob based franken... or a gen
