That's from ARF. It's the V2 I think.
However, it has been modified by @shotgun to correct the "flaws" of the stock rep. Most notably these had a lume mismatch between the hands and the dial indices. I don't know if this has been corrected since. There's a large thread dedicated to them in the Rolex section.
Case and bracelet have also been reworked (Lugs reshaped and bezel teeth, CG and SEL reworked). The insert has been sanded and recessed and the pip has been reinstalled in the correct position. Bezel ring and clickspring have been replaced to improve bezel rotation and a gen crystal and crown have been installed.
