To embelish the Sly history as told to me by Panerai Lisa... Sly was a friend of the guy who owns Richmont and brokered the deal for the sale of the company. The purchase price was only $1,000,000. In the business world, that's known as an effing steal.

BTW, I used to write print pieces for porno mags. I guess it shows in style. Good to know that I still got the skillz to kick-start the imagination. HaHa LOL.
