New Explorer 2 has been released on puretime.

Just saw this - looks good. Reliable movement? (not fussed about CHS)
316 steel, but its refreshing to see a new release at this price - $318.

Realise this is not a popular model, but hopefully one of the forum experts will chime in and offer an opinion.

Yeah i'm not too fussed about CHS but the dial looks pretty good. The main issue with the noob was that the marker outlines were too thin (see pic for comparisons with new JF v3). I think we'd have to have on in person to know for sure.

What's wrong with the CHS? I thought we're past the days of the CHS being a ticking time bomb, does it still hold true?
