I took one off another rep. It was a 6 digit PCL bracelet that I brushed the center links on. But yeah, TD or aftermarket.

Welcome. Yes, I’ve used silix and they are real. I’m in conus and have had no probs with silix yet.

I’ve only purchased the cheapies so far from silix so far, and they have been cheap but worth the money. The two subs on sale ($39 & $75 I think) are great for the price. Look closely as the pics closely to set your expectations. Their pics are accurate from my buys ie, end links, clasps, dials, cases, etc. You get what you pay for, but value bargains in my experience. Great starters for a newbie. Then you’re hooked and you’ll start looking at the BPs, JFs, Noobs, ARFs, etc.

However, Michelle just confirmed this week that both cream Exp2s are out of stock and she doesn’t know when will be back in. Email her, she’s great if you want to dip your toes first. FYI, everything shuts down until first week of Feb for Chinese New Year

WBK (Wacko Bird Keeper) aka Stan is also good for newbies. He has limited stocks, but is in conus, so CNY and shipping are not an issue if he has what you want . Broke my cherry with him.

BP might still be available from some TDs but it's long out of production. BP did a horrible hatchet job on the bracelet SELs on the last batch and that's what you would get from TD now.

Is it nice? With a replacement bracelet it's a killer IMO, you have to judge for yourself

At $278 plus a bracelet from somewhere still worth it yes

Factory SEL hatchet job - one stop chop

I've managed to get a BP polar through m2m, and saw that the datewheel is missaligned. The seller told me that the movement is a dg4813 (ICHS i believe). Do you know if this could be replaced with one of the new VR3185 or SH3186 movements? Have you had your movement serviced at any time?
