I’d like to briefly share my experience with buying a VSF Submariner 116610 LV – maybe it’ll help others who are considering a similar purchase.
The first contact was via RWI but then we switched to Telegram. Communication was friendly and professional from the start. All of my questions were answered quickly, honestly, and in great detail.
I placed the order in early May, including a full service by a watchmaker. As part of that, I also wanted to replace the bezel springs with original Rolex ones.
About two weeks later, I received the first pictures of the watch. It then went in for servicing. The bezel springs had to be ordered separately, which caused about a one-week delay – but this was communicated transparently.
Yesterday I got the message that the watch was ready and had been shipped – and it arrived today. Well-packaged, just as promised.
