Hi,

Does anyone knows if the eta 2892-A2 movement patent has expired? If I make a clone of this movement and remove the ETA symbol and change it for another name and my own logo I would not get into trouble?

I have read from alot of forum that the ETA 2824 AND 2892-A2 have already expired which is why there are some clones on internet, but I have not find any official documents telling me if those movement patents have already expired.

Does any of you guy if they have expired? Where can I look for to find out?

Thanks
