ETA 2834-2 Movement Day Disk Question

Which day wheel should I use , I think the one with the red arrow has its own sprocket , if I remove the c clip and the existing sprocket, I can then install the complete day wheel and replace the Clip?

Or you could remove the circlip and separated sprocket and re-glue it to the day wheel that came with the movement, as it appears to be superior to the new one - font wise.

You may run into an interference issue with the new day wheel and the date disc. The original factory day wheel is glued into the brass disc which allows it to sit a few mils higher. Pls keep us posted on how you make out.

Oh yea this is not for my level of Watch building.
I installed the new day wheel and it doesn’t change , the gears skip .. any forum bros who live in the USA , let me know who much you charge to put this together for me ..

Dam I removed the plastic spacer ring around the movement and the c clip flew out and lost it !
Sooooo close !
