Just that pic. He used a gen pic for bait like a lot of ads do- probably took a pic at a local pawnshop or of a friend’s...when asked for more pics he sent pics of a rep. Which is why the confusion.

Most transactions on Craig’s are local and person-to-person, that’s how it should operate. Can’t hurt to take a look- just meet in a public place. But also if it is too good a deal keep in mind it could be stolen.

I would NEVER buy off Craig’s and send $ to a complete stranger and expect them to ship something....at least with eBay if it’s phony you should get your $ back.

I wouldn’t buy any high dollar watch without a face-to-face meeting except from a reputable jeweler/watch dealer. If the seller is not willing to meet at an AD with me the deal is off. Also require, name address, phone number. If they’re legit they won’t care. That LV was local. That’s an old post so I don’t remember the details.
