Ebay Rolex 16610 LV - Who Can Identify?

This 16610 LV is listed for $2,700 on Craigslist. Is it too good to be true? Absolutely. The insert looks good but may be a TC. Can anybody identify this?

The bezel and insert look gen from here. The crystal is hard to tell on those 5 digits. The dial looks rep. It could be a franken

However he can sell on ebay or bob’s watches for more... wtf 2700?! Is it hot? Also he is ripping himself off if it is gen. Just seems very odd. You going to meet him and to look at it further?
