You know the guy who is buying it could be in on the scam... He opens up a paypal account and pays the seller for the watch. The funds then go into the sellers paypal account and ships without tracking or ships to the non certified paypal address (so there is no paypal protection). Buyer complains to ebay about the fake watch and EBAY refunds him the money with no way of recovering the funds from the seller. People have been doing this for years, I believe they have changed some rules around to prevent people from doing this now but that is how it was when I used to be on ebay a lot
