Reported yesterday ... but (as usual) ebay is doing their best to facilitate fraud and doing nothing about it.

Ever notice that most of the scammers (not all) have 0 feedback? I wonder if they'll realize that stops a lot of people from even bidding... but those who fall into their trap, thinking they're getting a great "deal", are probably keeping them coming back. eBay should do IP bans.
