A few months ago, while in Vegas, I took a helicopter tour out of a small airport off the strip.. There were six large private airplanes the size of airbuses owned by some of the hotels .. I was told they fly to Asia to pick up the serious high rollers to gamble big in Sin City... BIG MONEY...

Correct, you are right. But however, those are mend for tourist. The locals would go across the border to Malaysia. That's where the happening are. (If this continue on, might have to shift to Session 8)

I'm not sure how much tax it'll cost you, but maybe you can try http://www.dutycalculator.com/

I highly doubt they will under declare the value by that much in order not to lose the shipping insurance policy. You might be able to work something out with the seller I reckon.
