Case diameter is 44 mm. You must consider also the height, 18 mm.
Will a DSSD look good on a 6.5" wrist? Well, it will depend on the shape of the wrist (not just the size) and your personal taste. My wrist is 6.25 - 6.5" and I wear bigger watches than a DSSD.
