I haven't received any word from him, and he has had 3 watches, including a gen, since May 28. I just sent him an email, and it bounced back. Color me worried.

YES! I have got my watch back and it is working like a charm :-D I ordered the watch back in April as a gift I got from my mom. When it arrived DOA, I had to send it to Domi. 4,5 months after ordering it is back but I already forgot about the wait.

My heart just sank after reading this thread! 5 month backlog I only sent mine 3 weeks ago! Oh well maybe I'll see it in the new year, it's like a gen Rolex service o ly it's not a gen Rolex!
