Does Rep Geek work?

I tried to join about a month ago when I first joined here since somebody recommended me to a vendor there for some rep sunglasses.

I signed up, got the email back and responded as requested but never heard anything back from over there. Last week on Monday night I went back in there and sent an email requesting to the administrator for the ability to get on the site and still nothing. I have checked my Spam box and there is nothing there. Anyone have any other recommendations?

I read around the 4 forums, RWI RG RWG1 & 2. Not saying that the others are bad, but I still like it here the most

I don't know any of the other sites but I agree that folks here have been very friendly and ready to give information on modding and such super quickly. It's a great place here at RWI.
I did try to sign up at RG but never got past getting approved or some such stuff.

Hoping to not open a can of worms, but what exactly is the difference between RWI and RG anyway? I see a lot of the same members on both boards and it seems like both have the same TDs.

Btw, I'm just coming back from being away for 2 years and prior to my break, RWI was my favored hangout as well.

The forums have different flavors. I don't patonize RG for reasons on how they initially got started. IMHO the mods and admin here are the best on any rep forum.

I'm new to the hobby and this place seems to be the best. The mods are on top of things here.

BTW, I tried to register at RepGeek to check it out but never received an activation email as well.

I only tried to join rg to have a look about but no joy logging in!

Looks like one of the main differences is that folks are allowed to log in here. What kind of people run a watch forum and don't allow new members to log in?

RG is the main forum I am active on, I really love it there. It is odd though that I've had a couple friends try to register & they never got approved. Not sure what the logic is behind that.
