Yes, real Swiss 6497. No, not the movements used in gen PAMs. I'll save you the really in-depth explanation, but gen PAMs use 6497-2 movements modified by a company called SOPROD. What you have pictured there is a bone-stock 6497-1 with foil plates glued on top of the bridges to make it look more like a Panerai movement.
