Hi!

Just as the title suggest, does anyone make reps of the vintage omegas? I figure they must be fairly affordable to produce as well. Sure proper vintage ones can be "cheap" at a few hundred, but the super pristine ones will run about a grand and then I'd be stressed of wearing a watch as old as my parents. The guilt of something happening to that watch would get to me more than the cost.

Cheers,

Hello and WELCOME to RWI from the official reception desk team!

You are receiving this reply either because you posted in the "New members say hi" section or because I spotted one of your first posts elsewhere. In the latter case, please consider going to the aforementioned section and introduce yourself.

If you haven't already, please take some time to read the sticky threads in the new members section (all subsections) as they contain information for newbies and most importantly our forum rules! In particular, please take note of our sales rules, because as a brand new member, you will be —under any circumstances— NOT yet eligible to sell.

A good starting point is this list of resources on RWI:

Also, this please take a look at this sticky thread:

If you need further help, please feel free to contact me or @Feefo!

We're always happy to help, but please allow some time for PM responses as we have lifes outside of RWI!

A beauty!

So I'm trying to navigate through the threads geared toward new members-- I'm looking at the list of TD's here - https://forum.replica-watch.info/forums/trusted-rep-dealers.147/

Was wondering if there was a way to know which dealers "specialize" in certain brands? Or is it somewhat scattered and I'll have to check each dealer's site myself?

I also should have specified, I'm looking a vintage omega seamaster deville** in the 35-36mm size. I've found some vintage seamasters, but at 41mm

Dealers do not specialize. They have access to the same items.

Honestly for the price you might pay for a franken build or a mediocre rep, you can spend a few extra dollars and get something Gen for the $500 range or so.
