Hi everyone,

I've been here for a while but I rarely post.

I would like to talk about my experience with intime so far. I'll update this ticket as things go on.

I placed an order for "PORTUGUESE IW500705 ZF V4". The first order I place for some reason didn't go through. I checked my credit cards and no pending charges.

After 2 days, I tried to placed a second order again for the same watch, this time I was I was contacted by Wintopay. They are an International Credit Card Payment Gateway Service Provide. I went ahead and approve the charge at at 38$ premium (over the asking price). Cool, with everything paid for, InTime watches told me that I would be getting some QC images to be reviewed in 3-4 business days.

It' been 7 business days so far and still no QC. I've reached out to customer service again yesterday and no response.

Hi Allan,

Expect some strife for posting this...

They were all on holiday in China recently for 8 days straight, it seems nearly everyone knew this except you...they've only just returned and will probably be working through the backlog created by folks who weren't paying attention...

As above, a little more patience. Shit calling over a few days is a bit much, it’s not like they fooked up your order and you’re out by thousands. Ryan has been the TD of the year several times for a reason

Today I got an update with my QC photos.

I've attached them here. The photos look pretty solid from my opinion. (maybe someone else can agree or disagree).

I went ahead and approved them already.

Your title is unfair to intime and should be changed. They don’t deserve to have this floating around the forum.
None of the “problems” you had are intimes fault. And yes I put problems in quotes because they weren’t actually problem!

It's not InTime fault to be honest, all the TDs just came back from a break and i'm sure they are sorting out hundred of orders including yours :) as for CC payment issue, it's not the problem from inTime side its more of the CC company security issue. The title of this thread is really misleading to others. With some patience things will eventually settled unless some unforeseen circumstances

I agree.

Since that miscommunication/confusion at the start of transaction (with the webite & cc broker).

The rest of the actual interactions with customer service & the company has been very responsive.
The shipment via DHL will be arriving in today (which is 2 business days).

Can an admin go ahead and update the title of the thread? I can't seem to find the option.

Yes, inTime is a solid TD, but always be ready to lose money. Rep game is not cheap. InTime is a great TD, but bad things can happen like credit card payment issue, customs seize, DOA, minor scratch/damage to the watch or watch dead after a week etc. No one can guarantee that you will get “the perfect one”.
