I am a new user of the forum and wanting to buy replicas I trusted what was written on the forum: Andrew is a long-established dealer known for excellent service and a great website.
This is not true at all and I will explain the reason, all documentable with my emails to him and the opposite.
I placed an order for 4 rolexe in early October for a hefty 2000 usd value.
Here the problems began. The watches he doesn't have in stock but just orders arrived after about 40 days. After checking the photos, he sent them to the UK to be shipped to Italy, at an extra cost of 50 euros because he told me he couldn't ship more than 3 watches at a time.
The shipment arrived quickly in the UK and then left for Italy.
As indicated by its website, we inform you that the shipment can last up to 12 working days.
To date, about 40 days have passed until December 16th and nothing more is known about the expedition!
Every time I contacted Andrew who was very professional before taking the orders and the money, he then radically changed his behavior, putting the blame on the post office and Christmas delays!
But he was pointed out that the order was placed in early October and that it is his fault that he did not have stock of the pieces he advertises on the site. But much more serious, he chose to send by normal mail from the UK to Italy! If he had chosen an express courier from UK to Italy, the shipment would have arrived in 1-2 days, but to save little money he chose to ship with the cheapest shipping available.
After numerous complaints emails, to which he always said it was the fault of the post office, I asked to be able to cancel the order since we do not know where it ended up and it would not arrive for Christmas, which I was most interested in being gifts.
From here on he refused both to investigate with the post office and to take the order back, avoiding further replying to my information request emails.
Each time I was sent a screenshot of the English Post website showing that the package had left, but it didn't give any information on where it was!
Would this be Andrew's professionalism ?? Andrew is a poor trafficker who does nothing but buy watches on demand without having the minimum stock. Having known, I could have bought from a thousand other sites that had them immediately available. So much so that in a subsequent order to another site, the watch arrived in just one week with free shipping.
Now I find myself losing $ 2,000 to a salesperson whom I urge you to avoid like the plague, because he's only nice when he has to take the money, but when problems like this arise, he just puts the blame on others.
He organized the shipment and he is responsible for the correct arrival at the customer, there are no other excuses. Never again with trustytime and Andrew !!!

Unfortunately the watches you see at Td's site are actually not in their hand, when you place your order and pay then they order it from the factory or from their contact who supplies them with the watches. I will agree with you that this is misleading for someone that dont know how this procedure works, so the best is always prior to order to contact the Dealer and ask him if he has it in hand or he can have it soon.
Now the big problem, shipping from UK to Europe, this is by far the worst shipping that can be made. I had a package some weeks ago that was coming from UK stacked at the customs of my country for 2 months!!! The reason? After Uk left EU a type of "punishment" is been made wich includes crazy waiting times- searching the packages and whatever can be made to make the situation difficult. So avoid uk to eu shipment s at all costs.(So this type of shipping being made indeed was wrong)
Now regarding the use of cheap post office and not courier. The td's are using the safest methods for us to have our watch delivered and not get seized. And this is achieved using cheap post offices, special couriers are dangerous to have your watch seized.
Now where exactly is your package? What the tracking says?

You picked the wrong TD. Mine runs his own parcel service, but for VIP customers each watch is hand-carried in the luggage straight to the customer's front door. We usually have a coffee and lunch when he drops by so he can directly take my next orders. Better luck next time, bro.

No comment, why are you buying counterfeit watches in the first place? Go to the AD, they have much better service and you can generally pick them up at the same time and walk out.

LINUS71 I see you just joined today. If you spent more time reading before ordering your watch you would have understood buying illegal counterfeit watches is not the same as AMAZON. It takes many weeks of reading before you are ready to buy a watch. This year is worse because the police are raiding their offices and factories more than ever before. The TD's ship to their customers in convoluted ways taking about 3 weeks to the USA where I live to avoid your watch being seized by Customs. I have bought many watches over my years being an RWI member. Two have been seized. I currently have four open orders with my favorite TD since August with one watch inbound. If you can't deal with the delays and problems you should not be buying Reps. As another member said you should go to an AD and buy a Gen. Also, you never ship more than one watch at a time because the risk of seizure is too high to save a little money.

To play devil's advocate I have used many different tds and on occasion trusty including for my most recent purchase. To be honest they are all much the same if a little less personal when using larger tds such as trusty or puretime. But on all occasions I have indeed received my watch as described. Which at the end of the day is what matters.

So its Andrews fault that he isnt powerful enough to control your post office. Just calm down and relax. Shit I wanted my new legal car to arrive for my birthday. But that didnt happen, so should I start bashing the dealership, or the manufacturer, or the truck driver?

From the RM website, dated December 16:

"We have been advised by Poste Italiane that severe delays are being experienced in processing postal items due to serious IT problems in Italian customs. This is affecting all postal shipments from outside the EU.

the seller's site clearly indicates that delivery times are 7 to 12 days. Here we are talking about 77 days between order and shipment in transit. The job of the salesperson who does the job is to be clear with the customers and warn them of possible risks and possible delays, not to put the blame on the post office! The fact is that Andrew indicates on the forum that he accepts returns with a refund if they have not been used. This is not true as I have asked many times to cancel the order and get a refund, which he has always avoided!

and just to be correct, the title of the post has also been changed to protect TRUSTYTIME; the real title was AVOID BUYING FROM TRUSTYME; obviously there are those who pay to be protected by the site!

Did you just hatch ?

Factories manufacture, dealers sell, shipping couriers and Post Offices deliver.

Each one has his role to play, but the dealer isn't responsible for the factories' mistakes, the factory isn't responsible for delays in shipping, and the courier isn't responsible for the dealers mistakes.

Another one sign up here just to complain.. Amazing
I dont get it. You said you sign up here and read that trust is good so you order from him, But you sign up here 22h ago and you order your watches. 2+months ago.. weird.?
Why dont you just email your TD direct instead of sign up here and start a thread about it. i dont get it, What do you want from the forum? We cant call your postal service and tell them to send you your illegal couterfeit watches ?
