I am a new user of the forum and wanting to buy replicas I trusted what was written on the forum: Andrew is a long-established dealer known for excellent service and a great website.
This is not true at all and I will explain the reason, all documentable with my emails to him and the opposite.
I placed an order for 4 rolexe in early October for a hefty 2000 usd value.
Here the problems began. The watches he doesn't have in stock but just orders arrived after about 40 days. After checking the photos, he sent them to the UK to be shipped to Italy, at an extra cost of 50 euros because he told me he couldn't ship more than 3 watches at a time.
The shipment arrived quickly in the UK and then left for Italy.
As indicated by its website, we inform you that the shipment can last up to 12 working days.
To date, about 40 days have passed until December 16th and nothing more is known about the expedition!
Every time I contacted Andrew who was very professional before taking the orders and the money, he then radically changed his behavior, putting the blame on the post office and Christmas delays!
But he was pointed out that the order was placed in early October and that it is his fault that he did not have stock of the pieces he advertises on the site. But much more serious, he chose to send by normal mail from the UK to Italy! If he had chosen an express courier from UK to Italy, the shipment would have arrived in 1-2 days, but to save little money he chose to ship with the cheapest shipping available.
After numerous complaints emails, to which he always said it was the fault of the post office, I asked to be able to cancel the order since we do not know where it ended up and it would not arrive for Christmas, which I was most interested in being gifts.
From here on he refused both to investigate with the post office and to take the order back, avoiding further replying to my information request emails.
Each time I was sent a screenshot of the English Post website showing that the package had left, but it didn't give any information on where it was!
Would this be Andrew's professionalism ?? Andrew is a poor trafficker who does nothing but buy watches on demand without having the minimum stock. Having known, I could have bought from a thousand other sites that had them immediately available. So much so that in a subsequent order to another site, the watch arrived in just one week with free shipping.
Now I find myself losing $ 2,000 to a salesperson whom I urge you to avoid like the plague, because he's only nice when he has to take the money, but when problems like this arise, he just puts the blame on others.
He organized the shipment and he is responsible for the correct arrival at the customer, there are no other excuses. Never again with trustytime and Andrew !!!
