Diver Removing Links Close to Watch Head

I made the mistake of taking my JLC diver to the driving range.

The force of my downswing sent my watch flying off of my rest in the opposite direction. It seems like I might have ruined the rep rubber bracelet.

The inner rubber part of the link broke, and can no longer hold a screw.

I have extra links, but the 3 screws closest to the head of the watch do not seem to loosen.

Is there a trick to get these off so I can replace them?

I had the same problem twice mate. This strap isn't good for active things. A you need to break the broken link off with pliers to replace with the other
