It's now 13 days since the original issue,arrived today 26mm spring bars that are OK quality, but in the same package another set of the rubbish quick release bars, identical to the first rubbish set.

nope, with 26mm spring bars, and have been for some time, works a treat (it's for a 47mm case, hence 26mm spring bars), just needed some new ones as the old ones were past their best.

You have to be careful when buying for WSO, I have had to go through 3 or 4 crystals sometimes to get a good one. Now it seems they don't want to do that anymore so they are telling me they are sold out. It use to be they would exchange without question, but when they saw that the majority of the crystals were no better and in some cases worst than the rep ones they have made it difficult. It's a crap shoot you might get lucky or you may not, I do believe they still have a good return policy.
Crazy! Their spare parts are expensive, a crystal costs half price of a rep... a good quality is out of discussion!
I got a final email from them today ( I've told them to stop pestering me), they don't seem to understand my plain English i.e. that the picture in their ebay ad of the quick release bars is OEM, yet they sent the crap I've shown above.

And now the case has been escalated to ebay as they will not stop harassing me with emails. They are now claiming all I want is free parts! They don't seem to understand I don't want their junk!
