Disappointed with ebay seller wholesaleoutlet990

I needed some quick release bars for my beater 305, after lolts of searching I found wholesaleoutlet990 were selling them on ebay.

This is the picture they used, identical to OEM (possibly even OEM)



Unfortunately, this is what arrived



They fit poorly, are not tapered, and most importantly look AWFUL when fitted, as the heads are far too small.

Just wanted to give everybody a heads up, in resolution mode with ebay at the moment, but thats not the point. They aren't too pricey, they are just crap

Additionally, I ordered 4 26mm spring bars, the type that look like screw bars. They sent me 24mm spring bars.

Compounded this with shipping from the UK to the US will be almost as expensive as the refund, I have learnt a valuable lesson. Talk to TD's first :-(

Damn, sorry to hear that, have you contacted the seller? most ebay sellers I have bought parts from are generally very nice about correcting their order mistakes.

I'll just say from my experience it's been hit or miss. But I've never ordered any high dollar items so I didn't sweat it. However, I can definitely understand the OP's frustration since he's in the UK.

Sorry if my post came across as focusing on the money. I agree 100% - you pay for something, I don't care if it's 10 cents, you pay for it and you should get what you pay for. Hopefully they'll ship you the right parts OR refund your money.

I've got an order of 24mm and 26mm custom spring bars on the way from this seller. Let's hope he hasn't cocked up my order too.

I ordered from them once and nothing but garbage came in the mail. Their customer service was horrible and I ultimately opened a case and received my money back.

yeah, their seamaster inserts are garbage too. they use oem pics and deliver zit pearls.

I've ordered from them about 5 or 6 times and have only been happy with one single order. The others were all resolved quickly and easily, and one of them resolved very well (refund, but told to keep the part), but it's still a pain in the ass.
