Did I get the right watch?

I ordered an 005, but this watch has typical rep lume, isn't the 005 supposed to be superlumed? My 026k is near 2x brighter.

Also, the dial is different than I am used to. The numerals are on or part of the dial, instead of being slightly beneath on another layer. The hands are also a bit greener than the numerals on the dial.

Thoughts?

Which TD did you order from?

For the dial, I think you are talking about the difference between a sandwiched dial and the sausage dial. The 005 has the sausage dial - see ALE's post here

Thanks for clarifying, now I know the difference between the two dials. Still not sure why the lume is weak..

Can you take a picture that shows the difference? Also if you had your heart set on the dial, the 111 has the sandwich dial and seconds but no logo.

In person it looks even more dim. It looks like the $100 PAM111 that I had a year ago. These were on the same exact light simultaneously, for the same amount of time.

Likely you have got an old version of this watch (Read the caseback engravings)
See the dial is marked L SWISS L instead of L SWISS MADE L like the last versions from Noob and H maker. Lume seems poor and it has no matched colour hands-markers.

Well it was $218 plus shipping. To be fair it didn't say superlume on silix's website, and I saw it say superlume on the puretime site, but I sort of assumed it was the same model that I was getting.

I just see my QC photo from Puretime. The caseback photo from their website is #0102/1800 but mine is different. And I happen to dislike that particular# they give me

looks like the older version of the 005. seems to be G series. the superlumed starts from K onwards. &e OP logo looks swanky at the back.

It seems an older version G-series. The good ones start with K-series of H maker.
The engraving is completely wrong.

There is no slash between the production number of the watch and the total anual production.
The production number seems to be the 1487. Which is bigger than 500 which is the total quantity in the year !!
PAM 005 never had 500 watches produced in any year of its production.

Sorry my friend to say this, but for the price, answering your first question: you "didn't get the right watch!"
