Review as a First time Buyer overall, decided to go with Steve due to how fast he responds, how well he communicates, seems super chill.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Steve from TheOneWatches, and he's absolutely fantastic! After reaching out to a few TD and them telling me they don't have and can't find a AP 15202 39mm from XF, I reached out to him for and the first thing Steve says is it's possible to get but a longer wait time,.

So here I will update the timeline as it progresses :

2023-05-10 - Talked to Steve for the first time .​

2023-05-10 - Deposit Sent.​

2023-05-10 - Deposit Confirmed and Order Being Processed.​

2023-05-?? - Waiting on QC.​

The communication via WhatsApp was top-notch, Steve was incredibly friendly and patient, answering all my questions promptly. I made the payment through Wise today, and I'm eagerly awaiting on the QC.

NEW UPDATE​

So here I will update the timeline as it progresses :

2023-05-10 - Talked to Steve for the first time .​

2023-05-10 - Deposit Sent.​

2023-05-10 - Deposit Confirmed and Order Being Processed.​

2023-05-?? - Due to long wait time on the XF model (2 weeks passed) for 15202 AP I decided to switch to ZF.

2023-07-09 - QC received​

2023-07-11 - Approved and GL​

2023-07-28 - Due to shipping issues had to wait on Steve finding a solution and using UPS to send package rather than DHL, this is when I received my tracking number.

2023-08-01 - Shipment arrived at customs, customs seized it for tax payment.

2023-08-02 - Managed to convince customs it was only 50$ and payed 20$ tax.


Overall experience : 9/10

I do wish I would've received the watch much earlier but I understand there were a few issues and changing the model didn't make it any better. Steve was in touch with me all the time and helped a lot with any questions I had.
