I’ve seen some mock up pictures, but not sure how close to the real thing they will be, hopefully not far off.
Thought I saw a LR test mule today, but as I got closer saw it was a Jaguar . Fully camo’d up but also with big padded fabric drapes over the doors which I’ve never seen before. We get a lot of the test mules over here for testing. Seen the evoque, disco sport, disco 5, rr velar and rr sport mules months before they were released. If they didn’t cover them in garish black and white camo I doubt anyone would even notice them, seems like a bit of marketing ploy to me.
I’m not convinced the new defender will be able to compete with all the jap pickups that are now the farm and utility favourites.
It will have to be very cheap, very practical and very reliable.. not something that modern LR’s are renowned for lol.
