Hey guys

Im currently looking to buy a couple of watches, and i know that most of the dealers ship them from china directly.

Do you guys know any dealers who's shipping some watches from the EU or germany?

I would also pay for the information, if you want me to :)

Thank you in advance!

Sending FROM China to GER seems to go very smoth at the moment, nothing to worry and most TDs would replace anyway when delivery fails - just sending anything back for whatever reasons to China is something to avoid

Hello and welcome to RWI!

I noticed that this is your first time posting on RWI. You are welcome to introduce yourself in the new members area in the "New members say hi" sub section.

To your question: Commercial replica sales within the EU (including Germany) are illegal. But there really is no need for that.

The Trusted Dealers all have a lot of experience to safely get the merchandise from China to EU hassle-free. There's absolutely no reason to be afraid of anything, especially as a private buyer.

If the highly unlikely event of a customs seizure in Germany happens, it's best to simply play dumb and ignore any letters, let customs return the parcel and let the TD figure out a replacement.

If you haven't already, please take some time to read the sticky threads in the new members area (in all subsections), as they contain lots of information for newcomers and, most importantly, our forum rules which you need to know, and of course ideally to follow, to get the best out of your experience on RWI!

A good starting point is this list of links to the most important RWI resources:

Also this please read this important sticky:

To my knowledge there are no Trusted Dealers in Europe period!

Seed has EU stock where you can pick from but it's better too choose a TD and buy what you want. I am not sure what are your reservations in buying from someone within the EU, but if you are afraid of custom seizure then most TDs will resend you the watch if it was seized.

Thanks for the answers guys.
I just needed a watch before this weekend. I found someone from germany, and it worked out.

I couple years ago i ordered some watches online, and i hated to wait like 3-4 weeks for the to arrive.
But i saw that shipment time improved to like 10 days are something.

Ill go ahead and buy some pieces from TD's

Thank you guys ;)

What I heard and read is that Rolex is increasingly sueing (injunctive relieve) people ordering fake products. Usually, this is not successful, when you are a private buyer. But their attorneys try to make you pay the attorney cost and they give you some stressful weeks of course.....

Excellent post from a newbie!

This is exactly how the situation is in Germany. The belief that it is illegal to own and import a rep as a private person, similar to the US, France or Italy etc., is a widely spread urban legend that certain lawyers, and even the authorities, are always trying to use.

Another idea: there is a supporting vendor with Eu Stock and he also accepts orders - his nickname is @mrmckhansi - you can also find him under the category "Supporting Vendors" under "EU Stock" and he seems to have very good buyers reviews. I had contact with him & he is very kind, though he couldn't help me because I'm a relatively new member.

you can also take a look on M2M market, maybe there are some nice watches from Germany. And if you can wait, you can safely order from China

As far as I understood he accepts Paypal as payment - and (maybe) therefore selling to people without "track record" in this forum is not possible for him.
