Sorry mate, but it would not fit. The 5 digit Daytonas were powered by the Zenith El Primeo based 4030 movement. Subdial spacing is different. Also the running seconds is on 9 o‘clock and not on 6 as in the 4130.

Oh man that makes me sad. I’ll have to find a new gen dial on eBay.

Yes it sucks. However buying a Gen 4130 dial is much „cheaper“ and easier than buying a Gen 4030 (will probably run you more than 10k) or try to convert for example a Ebel movement to a 4030.

I just bought one of these dials too. Is it blasphemy to wear on a stainless steel bracelet?

When a user on Rolex Forums switched his 116500 white dial for a racing dial and got flack his answer said it all

It's mine and i will do whatever the hell I want with it.
