Just got the 195 and a replacement 201a today, so i thought I'd take some pics with the 009. David sent the 195 and 201a express mail from HK. Arrived in 2 days. Thanx David.

Beautiful! I can't wait to get my 195. In your pics it looks even better than what I was expecting. Is the crown guard lever too far out in reality? Pictures tend to exaggerate little things... I wonder if its going to get caught in the cuffs of shirts/jackets all the time. The crown guard on the 009 looks better...

David is using a different CG on the 2nd Gen PVD's. My 009 was from his first batch. Yeah the lever sticks out a little, but I really don't mind. The watch is beautiful. Hopefully he'll correct the CG and since he is in essence a parts dealer, I will get the new CG's if and when that happens. But for now I am very satisfied by the fit and finish.

Yes, a replacement with an improved crown guard is the way I was planning to go too.

I am glad to hear that it is not as exaggerated as it looks. I probably would have never noticed until it was pointed out by another forum member.

Man, I can't imagine the dilemma's going on in your head when you wake up every morning. Too many great looking watches to choose from.

Nice one man..Love ht pvd's..I might get the custom made 201a in PVD from davidsen..LOL ..since I have the 202a in PVD..why not a nother good PVD ..

ps damn, but I really want one of those Xa MAS straps now - kerrrrching! 201a might also look nice w/ butterscotch/natural... though I think the gen had tan strap originally, so the choice is more accurate.
