In the letter it states that if you sign the form that "no further action will be taken". In the small declaration at the bottom of the letter it talks of 'relinquishing all rights to counterfeit goods' only - admission of guilt.
Has anyone signed off one of these and what has happened? Is the "no further action will be taken" bit just a promise and so not legally binding?
