Customs opened my package

I'm the UK, bought a M2M watch from a chap in Holland a few weeks back. When the package arrived it had 'Home Office, Border Force' tape holding it closed. They had opened it up for an inspection and sent it on. No note or issues.

I knew someone who was cousins with the neighbor of a US customs agent who worked with a guy who would inspect watches and swap out the spring bars of gens with non-Swiss grade bars. Apparently he did it just for kicks. Never tried to sell them or nothin’.

Some people just want to watch the world burn.

There's a guy in the UK that switch solid end link for hollow end links and have them melted & sale for scrap value ... he already made £3,50 in the ten years he has been doing so ... so guys, check your endlink when getting a new watch in the UK
