It's in the ballpark of $500, per watch.

That's for coating and beadblasting (surface preparation) only, which is actually cheaper compared to International Watch Works, which charges $895 for the same treatment.

You'll have to disassemble the watch and send the case only (which I would expect the one who'll rebuild the watch to do).
